If you are in the middle range of your experience, don't prefer this company. You will lose your technical skills.

You should butter your manager to get visibility. As the name has brand, there is nothing inside.
Fire the non-technical and unworthy managers and vice presidents.
Give importance to innovation and upcoming employees.
