Learning - Very good. Lot of training sessions happen regularly, and we have free access to several well-known external learning sites like Safari, GetAbstract, etc.

Career Growth - Good. The management respects an individual's contribution and skills, and promotions are done fairly. On average, you will find several people who have been with the company for 8 to 10 years. It's a retirement company for many.

Yearly hikes - Good. Last year, our team received between 15 to 21% hikes.

Management - Mid-level managers are not that strong, but they will try to help.

Budget cuts - There have been a lot of budget cuts in recent years. Cheap team lunches, boring team events with no event organizers, no fun activities, etc.

Transport - Free transport is available. From 6 AM to 6:30 PM, AC is available in the cabs. After 6:30 PM, AC is not available, and you need to be lucky to get a good cab. Innova and Xylo are good, but several times you got a Tavera or a Tata Sumo, and these surely make for a horrible ride if you are going to have a long journey. Also, routing is not done properly always. Several complaints have been made, but the department hasn't been able to improve the situation.

Restricted environment - Smartphones are not allowed in the work bays. You can only carry a basic phone. Internet access is restricted. Several sites do not open. Too many policy restrictions.
