Worst management policies.
No on-site opportunity.
After relieving, they won't work to provide relieving documents. HRs are instructed to torture ex-employees.
If you put paper, they not even give you access to the network. They will treat you like scum.
Worst company I ever worked for based on HR response, and they won't work for ex-employees.
Improve your HR policies and try to give a comfortable environment for employees who are leaving your company.
