Work was very easy. The environment was relaxed.
Many redundant people. Most technologists are useless, but it's hard for upper management to observe that because the environment is very opaque.
Fire 50% of employees, and there will be no difference in productivity.

It was an easy one, mostly HR-based, with fewer technical questions. Even the technical ones were easy, mostly related to current projects. Just bluff around and you are in. Be honest, and you will be shown the door. Funny indeed.
