The interview process was simple and greatly structured. I thought it was super professional, and I loved the energy the people brought into the interview. It was very welcoming and not uncomfortable at all.

Three interviews: one case study, one coding/technical, and one behavioural/motivational. Interviewers were very warm and kind, and the questions were not very hard. The case study was quite interesting and involved a trading algorithm.

The initial phone screen interview was less than 20 minutes. The interviewer asked three questions, but he wasn't very good, and the questions seemed pointless. I don't think I would apply here again.
