Overall, a cooperative and relaxed work environment
They used the telephone extensively to communicate with developers abroad. It was hard to get used to talking over the phone instead of face-to-face, but once you get used to it, it becomes natural and even easier. There were a lot of opportunities to work with people abroad.
Too many meetings, sometimes long and unnecessary, can impede your daily work.
