Pros

Good work-life balance.

Leaves and other standard benefits.

Cons

Slow-paced learning and growth. New joiners/graduates are paid more than current experienced employees, creating an imbalance in compensation and work distribution.

Advice to Management

Try to compensate/match the current employees' salaries with the new hires/grads, as it's creating an imbalance in the workspace. The new hires are undergoing training for 3 months and are not fully engaged in projects, whereas the current employees are contributing to the work/projects and adding value to the organization, yet they are paid less compared to new hires. This demonstrates an unmatch in the CTC given to the employees.
