The company is good, but mid-management is bad
Great benefits. Work-life balance. Hybrids for tech.
Below market salary, bonus is basically non-existent.
Most work in tech is done by contractors, which is of questionable quality and ethic.
Lots of politics to get promotion.
Mid-managers, mine and people I know, don't care about their direct reports.
Please stop letting people who couldn't care less about people under them be managers.
