Horrible health insurance and health insurance premiums.
Be prepared to work day & night, even when you sleep.
Too much politics.
Favoritism is required for any promotions or salary increases.
Diversity is non-existent (only South Asian teammates on every team).
Management doesn't exist. Otherwise, I'd give some advice.
