No new technologies, legacy code. Not all team members will work, so the code is delayed. I have faced this too many times. People are good in my team, but my project team is different. It's too difficult to reach them in the start. I asked them to assign me work, and I showed I could do it. Then, they knew I existed. Otherwise, they would never take care.
