Online interview with a bunch of questions. They asked me questions and took notes on my responses. It was quite casual through Teams. They reached out to me via an email and were quite responsive.

It was done by multiple people, and then a test. The person I would work for did not do the interview. The process took several weeks and three different interviews.

They took their time to get to know me and offered interesting questions that allowed me to demonstrate my ability to perform well in the work environment. The process took a couple of weeks, and I was able to start about a month after the interview
