Pluses and minuses
They're forward-looking (especially for a big bank) in terms of open-source software. I started remote; however, that later changed. My location was nearby, so it didn't work out badly.
Big and bureaucratic, as you might imagine. They're still coping with their acquisitions of Merrill Lynch and Countrywide. Countrywide, in particular, was not a wise move.
