The work environment at Bank of America is really good. Along with a hybrid system, it's easy to manage work-life balance. It's good for beginners. Also, there is job security.

It's good. Questions are scenario-based. There are multiple rounds of interviews. It takes a lot of time to reveal the result. The waiting time is more. It took more than a month to complete the entire process.
