If you want to work for one company for the rest of your life, this is it
Good work-life balance. Job security. Good pay and increments if you work hard enough.
Project can be dull and boring after a while.
Things move a lot slower.
Not recommended if you're a fresher.
When recruiting students from campus placements, please let them know what project/tech stack they will be working under.

Overall, a good process. I was contacted by HR and after a brief technical discussion, interviewed by a technical person. I was asked questions based on core Java concepts, academic projects, and SQL queries. I got an offer and accepted it.
