Many benefits; they will take much care of their employees.
The project you deploy plays a vital role. My project has many ongoing politics; they are not even approving my code reviews till now. My experience is being wasted on this project.
Please watch closely the internal politics happening, as employees are afraid to speak out, lest they be targeted.
