A hard stance on working from the office, even though the team you work with is global. So, essentially, you drive into the office to sit in a cubicle by yourself while you chat with people from across the world.
Raises suck. My yearly reviews were great; the bank made 30 billion dollars, and raises are basically non-existent. Competitors pay much better.

I understand you can't give everyone a 30% raise every year, but at least catch up to what your competitors are paying. At the very least, give us raises to account for cost of living increases. The raise I got this year falls about 10% short.
