Intern pay is really good, and starting pay if you rejoin is solid too. Most interns get a return offer as long as they're competent. There's an opportunity to network and grow skills if you take the initiative. It's good experience working for a large multinational company with good name recognition.
Put interns into more cutting-edge positions.
