Bank of America

The interview process consists of an application, then a virtual HireVue, then a Superday if you advance past the HireVue. The Superday includes two back-to-back interviews, each roughly 30 minutes long. The whole process takes around a month or so.

Easy interview. First step was a HireVue that asked four easy behavioral questions. After that, I was scheduled for two back-to-back phone interviews with employees. They weren't technical. The first was strictly behavioral, and the second asked abou
