- Usually only 40-45 hours of work per week.
- Great exposure to many different industry technologies.
- Huge company means lots of bureaucracy.
- HR requires 3+ days in the office regardless of position.
- Mismanagement, minimal accountability, and frequent turnover oftentimes lead to high-stress situations and imbalanced work allocation within teams.
Better field people's full technical abilities before hiring. Listen to the valid concerns of the majority of employees, namely surrounding WFH flexibility.
