Bank of America is a very large company. It provides a lot of scope to move horizontally within the bank. The IB division is very vibrant and hectic. There are several opportunities as the bank moves to use new platforms. Good work-life balance. You can have several opportunities to grow within the bank. Based on your manager's discretion, you have flexibility to work from different work locations.
Very hectic. Benefits are pretty poor, especially medical benefits. At times, dysfunctional management changes strategies so very often.
Better benefits policies will be provided for employees.
