Pros
  • Good SDLC.
  • New technology stack along with legacy, so learning is up there.
  • Mostly independent work.
  • Work-life balance is great here. You can start at anytime as long as you complete your deadlines.
Cons
  • Just be ready to not be onboarded, but management puts the golden carrot in front of you.
  • If you are expecting help, well, you might as well call yourself the team.
  • Very low chance of being retained as an employee.
  • Learning the system is like learning 20 different languages in a span of 2 weeks at an expert level.
  • Very short deadlines as dev. So expect a 1-week or less sprint to deliver a feature.
  • Before anything is worked on, setting up the environment always takes almost 2 weeks to 1 month chasing for information.
Advice to Management

None. Just keep doing what you are doing!
