• No exit interview. • Bloated tech processes. • Work from home is not an option. • Annual raise is barely above health insurance cost raise. • Low compensation compared to other banks in the area. • Contract-to-hire took almost a year longer than original time frame given.
Stop viewing tech as a cost center and give teammates a reason to stay by providing WFH as an option, higher compensation, and having more tech-powered processes.
Phone call interview, technical interview, behavioral interview, in-person interview, and about 2 hours in total. They are nice if you need time to think about it, but that is still not a good sign for them.
