Pros

The pay is good, and the food in the cafeteria, while overpriced, was usually good.

Cons

I am amazed they get any software into production at all. They hired people with expertise and then ignored their suggestions. They jump into coding before they think through even the basics of the design, and the team leadership was very poor. The lead developer didn't listen to the very people they brought in to add the expertise they lacked. It was a waste of my time and their money. Then, to top it off, they sprung a two-week furlough on all contractors at the same time they gave bonuses to their employees.
