I learned a lot.
No OT (sometimes I did, but it was totally voluntary), and friendly colleagues.
The typical downsides of a heavily regulated industry apply here. This means longer time to release code, more documentation for code changes, etc. I have also heard from friends on other teams who were suffering from bad managers. So I think it depends on the team and management you are in. I was fortunate.
Continue the good work generally. However, hearing from a friend's bad experience, perhaps more senior managers should be aware of how abusive some middle managers are.
