Cons

The company is run by toxic leaders who favor their own circle. Most teams are made up of a single majority group (around 75% Indian), and leadership — even within HR — protects and promotes their own. Hiring and firing decisions often feel personal, not professional.

There’s little room for growth or promotion. If you speak up or disagree, you risk being placed on a PIP and eventually replaced. Offshore and onshore hiring practices are misused, with visa sponsorships (like H1B) benefiting only their preferred candidates.

Even the annual employee survey offers no safety. Though it’s claimed to be independent, managers seem to know who shares honest feedback. Those employees are targeted and punished. Instead of fostering growth, the culture is built on fear, favoritism, and replacing talent with cheaper labor.

Advice to Management
  • Focus on building an inclusive and diverse work environment where all employees feel valued and supported.
  • Restructure the leadership and management framework to eliminate favoritism and ensure fair opportunities for everyone, rather than allowing one group to dominate decision-making.
