Good management. Awesome people and policies.
No cons...just one no on-site opportunity.
The process was good. The interviewers asked difficult questions, but they were fair and representative of the position. Overall, it was difficult but fair. No other feedback otherwise. They came to the university for interviews.
Very kind interviewer; interested in why I chose computer science and my side projects. We talked about what I, as a software engineer, wanted to do with and for the company. The interviewer talked about why they chose the company and what they did.
Campus interview: Two-person teams conducted the interview of separate chosen candidates. The questions ranged from simple HR or behavioral questions to technical and coding-based questions. The rounds lasted 30 to 40 minutes for each candidate.
