Pros

Nothing much, compared to a product-based company.

Cons

There are many to write. If you are from a product-based company, it's not a good choice to choose this. The release process is hectic. Even in Covid time, they don't bother about employee wellness; they are more focused on delivering the things. You need to work with the support team on weekends for the release process, and that too on odd timings. They don't give any comp off for that. And coming to hikes, pure politics play here; you are hardly recognized for those.

Advice to Management

Just focus on employee wellness and create a good work culture. Look at the attrition rate in the past year and take feedback from them; they will explain how well it is.
