Women in software at BofA: Getting better, but still not great
BofA had great work-life balance and compensation. Higher-ups are working to increase gender diversity across the company by hiring and promoting women. They also gave return offers to all the interns.
The company still has issues at the team level regarding gender equality. All the women in my software dev intern cohort were pushed into non-technical project management roles, robbing us of an opportunity to gain the technical skills we need to get good programming jobs.
