Pros

Tech aspiring. Medical insurance is almost great. Cafeteria is decent. Horizontal growth is possible.

Cons

Middle management is paralyzingly weak, lacking tech or leadership. Many threat management techniques are applied. Red tape is prevalent. Upward career opportunities are internally decided while ensuring to make them look open and transparent. Bonuses are non-existent. Stocks take forever to convert; after 7 years, I believe I've acquired about 300 shares so far, so good luck. The work-life balance is horrible, usually because of all the above reasons.

Advice to Management

Middle management needs revision.

Overall, my experience with this company was negative.
