Very understanding of work/life balance. If I have a doctor's appointment or somewhere to be during the day, they are very understandable.
Good amount of PTO hours.
I work on a team with highly experienced people, so it's hard to make friends that are young.

The interview was in-person, including the intro. We moved ahead with coding questions and QA-related theoretical and practical questions. I was asked to write some piece of code too. Overall, it was a good experience.
