Pros

There are many good things I could say about my decade at B of A. A key differentiator: beyond their (very high) expectations for results, they actually care about HOW people behave and do their work. It's even part of their performance review goals.

The culture in my mortgage domain was collegial, collaborative, and positive. I'd do it again!

Cons

The intensity and pace of work was high. They value and expect a constant sense of urgency. Depending on your role or project, that was sometimes energy-draining.
