Reasonable package, great facilities.
Great location (in city).
Provides cab pickup/drop (up to 30 kms radius from office).
Agile adoption in progress (some departments have already adopted agile) - a great opportunity for individual contributors.
Not keen on cutting down employees. They at least provide genuine inside opportunities if they have to cut down team size.
Nothing concrete I can think of, but switching to another department may be very difficult once you have landed in one department, unless the department you are working in decides to cut jobs.
