I managed the Data Center for one of the companies purchased by BAC
Possibility for growth into other areas of BAC. Every holiday off. Managers get 4 weeks of vacation starting.
Micromanagement to the extreme.
It feels as if a committee is needed, consisting of managers from many different branches, in order to make simple decisions.
Clearly, managers who are ready to take responsibility for their actions are lacking, or at least where I worked, that was the case.
If you can kiss a manager's butt very well, you are likely to get into a higher position.
Stop hiring managers/leaders who can't make decisions for themselves or don't understand the importance of knowing what their staff needs/wants are.
Start getting to know what each employee does specifically and measure their work.
