Pros

Good values, good employee engagement, good diversity and inclusion. Decent working conditions. Mixed leadership; some are excellent, others not so.

Cons

As a regional employee, I am at a disadvantage because all the shots are called in the US.

There have been too many personnel changes and staff reductions. Most of the focus is on cost reduction, leaving little chance to create much.

A lack of trust and transparency causes folks to continually worry about keeping their jobs.

There are too many evening meetings and a lack of respect for work/life balance.

Advice to Management

You encourage everyone to speak up, assuring them that there will be no recriminations. I spoke up, then my US manager didn’t speak to me for 2 months. I only received terse and brief emails. Then I was let go without warning, despite being a top performer for 4 out of 5 years. It’s about time HR reintroduced exit interviews.
