Good focus on training, but only when it's free or cheap. Soft-skills training is plenty available and encouraged to attend.
Pay is average, with long working hours. Middle management often lacks technical understanding, particularly in the infrastructure department. No work from home is possible unless your direct manager approves it as an exception.
Set less unachievable goals.
Understand what the team on the ground does.
Pay is quite low, and good people are leaving.
