People are good and smart, especially my team. Other than senior management, everyone else is too overrated.
AIA benefits are bad. Your claims are mostly rejected. No HR. No one cares about employee happiness. Bad tech stack. Old Windows computers make it impossible to get anything done.
Invest in employees. Instead of doing town halls and such, have an HR presence in Singapore.
We don't like talking to a computer if we have any issues.
Very easy. Based on resume and background. Got a call from the recruiter, then a phone screen and an on-site interview. The interview was simple. Met a couple of people from the team. Had 3 rounds of interviews.
Telephonic technical screening. Onsite coding. Two onsite technical interviews. Optional telephonic technical interview (if another manager also wants to talk to you). HR negotiation and policy overview, date decision, etc. Wait for background verifi
It was a good experience as I had reached out to my former managers. The ability to move across teams and network really helps with mobility inside the organization. So, my advice is to build networks and keep in touch with former team members.
