Honestly pretty straightforward. Tech screen which I appreciated wasn't anything like "reverse a linked list" or other classic leetcode stuff where it's either you've seen the question before or you haven't. Then background discussion (past projects, technical decisions, etc.) with the hiring manager. Then an onsite day. Moves fast, no crazy gotchas.
