Some processes are still in the development stage (I believe that it is totally okay for a small team), like tech docs, specs, interviews, and etc.
I applied online. The interview lasted 60 min. It started with small talk chatting about your background, and then 45-50 min working on a problem in CoderPad together, and the last 5 minutes for you to ask questions.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. A hiring bar that only works in your favour if you have years of experience in inference systems and production ML infrastructure, which feels somewhat misaligned given how recently the industry has mature
Was told to follow up if they didn't reach back out, but never responded to follow ups. This was following a warm-intro recruiter screen. Had to reschedule from the get-go about 3 times as the recruiter just did not show up the first two times.
