Process
Applied once for a regular software engineering position, then again for the new grad role when it became available. Less than 6 months out of target college, multiple internship experiences, and a cover letter with demonstrated interest in the field. Not so much as a coding challenge. For all I know, this is a great company, but they should communicate their expectations clearer.
