I applied online. The first round is a coding interview with CoderPad. The key for success is to read their candidate packet thoroughly to understand the type of coding problem and the data example to be used in the interview.

Had a phone screen with the recruiter, just touched up on what the company is and what my own skillset was. Had a phone screen scheduled pretty soon. The interviewer and recruiter were both fine.
