Applied online at bestbuy.com. Was called about a week later and conducted an interview over the phone. Was then given a date to come in, which was the next day.
Talked to a manager for the second interview. He asked questions about ethics and past experience. He also gave me a second day to come in, which was the next day.
The third interview was with the general manager. It consisted of salary and expectations, and I got the job.
