Pros: Fun atmosphere most of the time. I've been there 6 years and I love the people I work with. Customer interactions are very fun, and as long as you know what you're doing, it can be very easy as well.

Cons: Not paid enough for the amount of what you have to put up with. If you're a sales consultant like me, you deal with all the issues plus have to sell, and the salary doesn't quite match up. If you're a supervisor, you get paid more and have to do less work. It never made sense to me. The only other thing is the politics. Every place has it, but you really have to make an effort. It's not always about how hard you work.

Pros: Great pay, good people, mostly relaxed environment.

Cons: High stress, constantly doing something.

Pros: If you want to get a jumpstart in the business industry, Best Buy is the place.

Cons: I have no cons to say.
