Process
I walked into the store and asked to speak to the hiring manager. I sat there and waited for about 20 minutes until the manager came to speak with me. We then walked to the back of the store. When we walked back, we had a small conversation. After that, we sat and discussed the job. He went on to explain the job and how much it paid.
