Process
I had to make multiple calls and ask my GM to contact the store. I was signed up for a phone interview, but it was changed to a 1:1 interview at the last minute. I drove two hours to the location for the 1:1 interview, and the other applicant was an hour late. I had to wait with no explanation. It was very disorganized.

Pros: The people you work with are fun and friendly.
Coworkers became my best friends.
Discount is OK and flexible hours.
Cons: The structure is always changing, and you never know when positions are going to be eliminated.
Try out all different kinds of new services; they use a few months, then throw them out.
A lot of favoritism is shown by managers.
Training is no longer valid because they are spreading out employees to different areas in the store.
