Very laid back, almost too laid back. Nothing serious. Wore a suit, but felt casual was alright. I don't think the questions were too difficult; they mainly asked scenario and personality questions.

Pros: - Great people, you feel like a family there.
- Get to learn a lot about phone plans, devices, etc.
Cons: Long hours; sometimes I have to stay until the phone plan is done.

Pros: I enjoyed the work environment, the atmosphere, and the type of things we did there.
It was a great introduction to retail jobs and definitely helpful.
Cons: It had some people who pressured me in directions of doing things, and there was no commission or raise in salary dependent on all of that.
