Process
Initial pre-screening questions followed by a Skype interview. The pre-screening questions were on a few software development methodologies like TDD and pair programming, and included a code snippet to be solved. Once the pre-screening was submitted, it took two weeks to schedule a Skype interview. The Skype interview was with three members from the team.
Questions
They asked me to write pseudocode for a given scenario on a whiteboard and write unit test cases to cover all possible conditions.
