It was a simple 30-minute interview.
We met in the lobby and went back into a conference room.
The first half was spent going over my background, resume, interests, etc., and the second half was a brief whiteboarding phase.

Pros: - Awesome culture. Everyone I work with is super helpful and nice.
- Great work-life balance.
- Great processes for managing heavy traffic times on the site (major releases, etc.).
Cons: Pay. Pay isn't the greatest, but it's not a big tech company, so you get what you get.

Cons: Prone to rely on bad/obnoxious third-party software.
Benefits are very basic.
