I found this job ad on LinkedIn and applied to Best Buy Canada on its career website.
After 3 days, I got an email from HR and we had a quick chat on the phone. We talked about the position and my experience.
After that, she invited me to an in-person interview at the headquarter. It took 90 minutes.
In the first session, I talked with the unit team leader and the product owner. The questions were related to my experience and the job qualifications. The interview questions were not so hard. They were kind and helpful to me.
In the second session, I talked with the manager.
Finally, HR called me and said they decided not to move forward with me.
