Process
The first step was an HR phone screening. After one week, I was called for a second interview. This consisted of a 30-minute cultural interview with two managers and a 1-hour coding interview. The coding interview was about arrays.

Pros: - Awesome culture. Everyone I work with is super helpful and nice.
- Great work-life balance.
- Great processes for managing heavy traffic times on the site (major releases, etc.).
Cons: Pay. Pay isn't the greatest, but it's not a big tech company, so you get what you get.
