I have completed only a portion of the interview process so far, which was a skills test. The skills test was very difficult; they don't expect anybody to finish within the allowed time or to do very well.

Next step, I've been told, is an in-person interview sometime in the next two weeks.

Apparently, all positions here are contract work unless you're in management.
